WHAT DO WE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping is free on all orders within the U.S.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We offer exchanges for store credit.

To start an exchange, email thevintageindividual@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order can be shipped to any U.S. address you choose (home, work, etc.).

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after your order ships.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Processing + carrier timelines: Delivery windows are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Accurate shipping details: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once it’s received back (shipping timelines may restart).

Package status: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we’re not able to replace lost or stolen packages. If this happens, email us and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

Exchanges for store credit: Store credit is issued once your item is received and approved. For exchange requests, email thevintageindividual@gmail.com with your order number.

Item condition: All pieces are vintage and may show light signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. We always do our best to note any major details in the listing.
